BOLO: Possible Stalker in Chestnuthill Park Brodheadsville

Casey Althouse reports the following:

NOTE: We are not sure the day this happened, we are assuming it was Monday 10/3/16 from the timestamp of the post.

Be on the lookout at Chestnuthill Park for a Caucasian young man about probably age 18-20, 5'3," wearing khaki pants and a white t-shirt.

He had blonde hair and was originally on a green mountain bike.

He was riding around the parking lot and when I went for my run (around 5:40 am) he apparently proceeded to follow me.

He snuck up behind me and clearly startled me as I had my headphones in.

I tried to make small talk to get him away from me, stating he should be going much faster than me down the hill, but he continued to follow behind me on his bike down the hill.

I tried running into the grass off the gravel and he continued to follow.

When I got to the parking lot I assumed he was leaving as he got off his bike, however, as I ran up the hill he came up behind me again.

I immediately told him he was not running with me and ran the opposite direction towards other people at the park.

To my knowledge he did not follow as I approached others in the park. No one was aware of who he was or what he was doing.
