Can you help Identify this Alleged Thief?

CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP: April 29th, 2018 On last Monday and again on last Friday vehicles were stolen and/or destroyed from Raceway Auto Sales Bush Lane in Brodheadsville, the vehicles were recovered by PSP Fern Ridge on Friday but they are looking to Identify this person who was seen on camera at Dunkin Donuts.

Some think this may be Michael Lee Smith 32 of Bunny Lane in Brodheadsville who recently was charged in connection with a vehicle that was reported stolen to State Police Lehighton.

He is also believed to be the person that stole radios out of vehicles from Family Motors on Rt 115 in Effort.
