UPDATE: 11:44 am Fire OIC reports one vehicle off the road, negative entrapment.
UPDATE: 12:14 pm Fire Oic reports that Station 43 is clear and available from the accident scene.
West End Volunteer Fire Co., West End Ambulance, and State Police responded.
