Inappropriate contact reported in Saylorsburg

Christopher Earl Rizzo, 38, of Saylorsburg, is accused of watching a 15-year-old girl showering, touching her inappropriately, exposing himself to her, showing her pornography on his cellphone and encouraging her to use sex toys.

The girl told state police April 18 that Rizzo did all of this between December and February.

Rizzo was scheduled for a Wednesday arraignment on charges of indecent assault, endangering a child’s welfare, corrupting a minor, indecent exposure and showing a child obscene and other sexual materials. He will be scheduled to appear in district court at a future date.
