Local Vendors and Basket Donations Needed for a Basket Extravaganza! To Benefit a Local Resident Battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
Charissa Marie the of Cutting Edge Style Bar has joined hands with The Body Shop Training Center to help a member of our local community who is in need.
The selected recipient of the proceeds of this benefit is a local woman who has been battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia since March of this year.
Since her diagnosis, she has been unable to work due to the extensive medical treatment she has been enduring.
She has been through 4 rounds of chemotherapy, a stem cell transplant and 3 rounds of Radiation.
Her family has been displaced and has had to relocate temporarily to Philadelphia during the treatment process.
Our recipient is the loving grandmother to her three grandchildren and a wonderful mother to her own two children.
The Basket Extravaganza! will be held at The Body Shop Training Center 120 Shafer Dr, Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania 18322 on December 4th, 2016 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
In order to make this event a success we are in need of local vendors, baked goods, and basket donations to raffle!

Raffle items can be dropped off at The Body Shop in Brodheadsville or Cutting Edge in Bartonsville.
Suggested basket value should be $100 in retail.

Date Night
Wine
Spa
The Body Shop will be having a series of classes running every hour on the hour for members and non members to try for a small donation.
Cutting Edge will be providing both women's and men's haircuts also for a small donation.
