MedEvac due to a Fall out of a Tree 4135 Forest Dr Kunkletown

POLK TOWNSHIP: 12:14 pm West End Ambulance was dispatched to 4135 Forest Dr in Kunkletown for a fall victim that fell out of a tree, EMS requested that MedEvac be put on standby. Upon arrival and evaluation, EMS requested that MedEvac fly.

Polk Township Volunteer Fire Co. was dispatched to set up a Landing Zone which will be at their substation on Jonas Rd.

UPDATE: 12:33 pm LifeFlight 6 landing.

UPDATE: 12:41 pm EMS is en route to the LZ

UPDATE: 1:02 pm Lifeflight 6 is in the air.
