JACKSON TOWNSHIP: 07:05 am There is a Motor Vehicle Accident in front of 1516 Farm View Dr. Appenzell, one vehicle involved with an unconscious male.

UPDATE 07:12 am: FIRE OIC reports the 78 y/o male is now conscious complaining of hip pain and has multiple lacerations, he is not entrapped in the vehicle but they have to get him out. He doesn't remember what happened at this time.
