CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP: 3:40 pm There is a reported Motor Vehicle Accident with Possible Entrapment at Jonas Rd and Merwinsburg Rd in Effort. The person that cannot get out of their vehicle is do to being hit in the Wheelchair ramp.
