PA State Police Fern Ridge Press Releases 02/19/19

The following are from the PA State police Fern Ridge press releases received on 02/19/19.

CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP: 02/06/19 4:46 pm A 17 y/o male was punched in the face by an unidentified suspect while standing in the doorway of his residence in the 2000 block of Rt 209 in Brodheadsville.

EAST SIDE BORO, Carbon County: 02/07/19 12:31 pm PSP conducted a traffic stop on I-80 West on a 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo for several traffic violations. The operator, Gary Hamilton, 45 of Philadelphia provided a false name to the Troopers. Upon discovery of his real identity, Hamilton was found to have an active NCIC warrant for his warrant out of Philadelphia County Probation.

Hamilton was also found to be in possession of 35 bags of heroin. Hamilton was arraigned and housed at the Carbon County Correctional Facility.

JACKSON TOWNSHIP: On 02/09/19 Erbec Pickell 27 of Reeders contacted PSP Fern Ridge to report that his residence was broken into.

A bike, unknown manufacturer, black and yellow in color and an air compressor, sears brand without a tank were taken. There are no known suspects at this time.

CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP: On 02/08/19 10:00 pm PSP Fern Ridge went to 1129 Parrish Park in Effort to serve a warrant on Amanda Daniels 19 of Effort and Tristan Storm 19 of Blakeslee. Both fugitives were apprehended inside the residence. In plain view was 21 glassine baggies of heroin and a plastic baggie containing approximately 1 gram of methamphetamine. Both Daniels and Storm were housed at the Monroe County Correctional Facility.

CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP: 02/14/19 5:00 pm PSP Fern Ridge took a report of items stolen out of a 2006 Honda Odyssey Minivan in the Shoprite parking lot at 107 Kinsley Dr in Brodheadsville. The victim stated that an unknown actor or actors stole various baby shower supplies and a child's backpack from her unlocked vehicle Total value $215.00.
