Snowplow Theft from Chestnuthill Township Caught on Security Cameras

CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP: On Friday, December 8th, 2017 at 01:32 am snowplows where stolen from the Chestnuthill Township Building on Rt 715 in Brodheadsville and was caught on the townships security cameras.

State Police from the Fern Ridge Station are investigating the theft and say the two pickup trucks drove onto the township property and stole the plows valued at $8,000.00.

We have been told that the thieves might be part of a ring that has been stealing snow plows in PA, NJ and on Long Island.
