Traffic Alert: Rt 115 from Switzgable Dr Brodheadsville to Heckman’s Orchard in Effort

CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP: PennDOT is patching (tar and chip) Rt 115 from Switzgable Dr. Brodheadsville to Heckman's Orchard in Effort. They started on the Northbound side and currently are just north of Gilbert Rd, once they reach Heckman's they will turn around and start the Southbound side.

Expect Delays going in either direction until both sides are finished. PennDOT tells us that when the patching is done they will Sweep away the loose gravel chips that they are putting down.

Motorcyclists pay special attention to the roadway and avoid Rt 115 if possible.
