Chestnuthill Township Office of Emergency Management and the West End Fire Company will be opening a warming center/emergency shelter for those families without power and heat today (Sunday, March 4th) between noon and 5 pm. Social pets are welcome.
The shelter was closed yesterday afternoon because no one took advantage of it. If no one shows today, it will most likely be shut down early.
The shelter is located at the West End Fire Station (upstairs) on Rt. 715 in Brodheadsville (Behind WaWa). Be safe driving!
