Brush Fire Hillcrest Cir Saylorsburg

ROSS TOWNSHIP: 2:24 pm There is a reported Brush Fire on Hillcrest Circle just in from Kunkletown Rd in Satlorsburg, Blue Ridge Hook and Ladder, Wind Gap Fire, Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Co.and Whiskey 12 (DCNR) responding. Original Caller called back and reported there are powerlines down in the area.

UPDATE: 23-7 advised MCCC of the pole number they need the power company to respond quickly as the dangling wires are blocking their access to the brush fire.

UPDATE: 2:46 pm MCCC notified 23-7 that the Power Company has a 1 hour ETA, 23-7 notified MCCC that they have the fire under control.
