According to police, the 2015 Harley Davidson driven by Daniel Gregory Weir was traveling northbound on Toll Rd in Effort when he crested the hill and encountered a 1997 Chevrolet Blazer, driven by Michael Buccieri, 17, of Effort that was stopped for a school bus that was on the southbound side picking up kindergarten children.

Michael Buccieri was not injured in the accident.

The Monroe County Coroner said the neither Daniel Gregory Weir or Faith Villano were wearing helmets at the time of the crash.

The picture of the motorcycle is not Daniel’s motorcycle. It’s is rude and disrespectful to post pictures that are not accurate to sensationalize your story.

Amanda we had no idea, as you saw under the photo it came from WFMZ and we assumed it was from the accident, we in no way want to be disrespectful or sensationalize a story by using an inaccurate photo so we have removed it. Thank you for pointing out that it was not Daniel’s motorcycle. We are sorry for your loss.
