NORTHAMPTON COUNTY: Around 11:00 am this morning on Rt 33 and Rt 191 in Plainfield Township PA State Trooper was Shot Multiple times during a traffic stop, the Suspect is a Black Male driving Blue Pontiac that fled South on Rt 33.
The Trooper was flown to St. Luke's Hospital, CPR was being performed. His condition is unknown.
Rt 33 (Both Directions) in the area of Rt 191 will be closed for an Extended amount of time.
UPDATE From what we have heard the suspect who himself was shot drove to Easton Hospital, A photo of the suspects car is below.
