Working House Fire, Frable Rd and Weir Mountain Road Kunkletown

The dwelling at Frable Rd and Weir Mountain Rd is on fire, according to fire personnel on the scene flames are showing.

It is unknown if anyone is in the dwelling, frire personnel cannot enter the dwelling at this time.

West End Volunteer Fire, West End Ambulance, Kunkletown Fire, Polk Township Fire, Blue Ridge Hook & Ladder and Station 9 out of Carbon County Responding.

UPDATE 10:35 am: Kunkletown Fire is requesting a Tanker from Jackson Township and Carbon County Station One to also respond.

UPDATE 10:58 am: Fire command calling for PP&L to respond to the fire scene for an Emergency Disconnect.

UPDATE 11:00 am: They have a brush fire next to the dwelling on fire, calling for the brush truck to respond to handle it.

UPDATE 11:02 am: The fire has been knocked down, they are re positioning the trucks to better locations to finish putting out the fire.

UPDATE 11:24 am: Fire command reports fire under control, doing mop up.
